How the work moves

A written process from consultation to care.

Each phase ends with a clear decision. Scope, price, schedule, ownership, and care are written down before the next phase begins.

  1. Consult

Tell us about the business, the customers, and what the website needs to do. We ask questions and say plainly what we would recommend — including what not to build. This commits you to nothing.

  2. Scope & design

The conversation becomes a written scope, price, schedule, and inclusion list. After approval and the 50% signing payment, we design an original visual direction. Another 25% is due at design approval.

  3. Build & launch

We build and test the site, set up local-search and analytics foundations in accounts you control, and run the pre-launch check. The final 25% is due before launch, and we launch together.

  4. Care

Care begins at launch: hosting, monitoring, backups, maintenance, and agreed updates. Your domain, content, and customer data stay yours, with a written transition package if you leave.

The schedule

The scope decides the pace.

We do not publish a standard turnaround promise. You get a schedule in writing at scope approval. It depends on the agreed work and on receiving the answers and materials we need from you.

The written scope includes the price, schedule, care allowance, rate for extra work, and a clear statement of what is not guaranteed.
